Booking Cancellation & Offline Refund Terms

1. Core Payment Precondition

This website only accepts offline settlement, no monetary charges, deposits or prepayments will be collected through any online form, checkout page or web-based system. All full rental balances are settled either by cash or physical card swiped on-site at the property during check-in, or by offline UK bank transfer completed before arrival.

All refund processes are processed manually via offline bank transfer only; no automated online refund channel exists on this platform.

2. Valid Cancellation Notification Rules

Only cancellation requests sent to our official business email hello@sadiqco24h.com will be recognised as formal valid notice. Oral messages, social media messages or unrecorded phone calls shall not be accepted as official cancellation proof.

  • Your email must include full booking name, requested check-in date and contact telephone number for verification.
  • Cancellation calculation date is based on the timestamp we receive your complete email notice, not the time you send the message.

3. Circumstances Eligible For Full Offline Refund

Full refund of any offline rental payment you have completed will be arranged if any one of the following standards is satisfied:

  • Cancellation email received more than 7 full calendar days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
  • Our company actively rejects your booking request due to property maintenance, full occupancy or unforeseen property unavailability before you complete any offline payment.
  • Serious property damage or utility failure confirmed by our team that makes the accommodation unlivable before your check-in day, with no alternative matching unit provided by us.

Full refund means 100% of the offline rent you transferred or prepared for on-site payment will be returned via bank transfer.

4. Circumstances Where No Refund Will Be Issued

No partial or full offline refund will be processed under all conditions listed below:

  • Cancellation formal notice submitted less than 7 full calendar days before your confirmed check-in date.
  • No-show without any advance cancellation email notification on your scheduled arrival day.
  • You are refused access to the property due to violation of house rules (smoking, unregistered extra guests, pet entry, noisy gatherings).
  • You voluntarily shorten your booked stay period after completing offline payment and checking into the accommodation.
  • Personal travel schedule changes, flight delays, personal illness or private affairs on the guest’s side.

5. Special Partial Refund Exception

If you submit a formal cancellation email between 3 to 6 calendar days before check-in, our management team may offer a 50% partial offline refund at sole company discretion, with no legal obligation to provide partial reimbursement. This partial refund policy is not guaranteed for all booking cases.

6. Fixed Refund Processing & Arrival Timeline

Once we confirm your booking meets full/partial refund standards, the offline refund bank transfer will be initiated strictly within the fixed time window below:

  • Refund initiation: Within 5 full working days after we confirm your valid cancellation request.
  • UK domestic bank transfer arrival: Funds will arrive to your provided bank account within 3 to 7 UK working days after our transfer execution.
  • You must supply valid full bank account details (account holder name, account number, sort code) in your cancellation email for refund execution; delayed account information will extend the whole refund period.

7. Non-Refundable Extra Service Charges

Any optional extra service fees paid offline (additional cleaning, luggage storage, extra bedding supplies) are completely non-refundable regardless of cancellation time, as service preparation labour costs are incurred once reserved.

8. Liability Disclaimer

SADIQ & CO. LETTINGS LTD reserves the right to adjust these cancellation and refund terms to comply with updated UK housing management regulations. The latest published version on this page takes immediate effect for all new booking enquiries.
