Manual Booking Terms
1. Core Manual Booking Rule
All reservation forms submitted on this website are only booking requests, not confirmed rental agreements automatically. No online payment, deposit or pre-authorisation will be collected via our site at any stage. Every submitted booking form must pass full manual review by our lettings administration team before your reservation can be officially confirmed.
A booking request shall be treated as invalid and unrecognised until we send a formal confirmation email to your submitted contact address. Submitting a form does not reserve the property automatically for your selected stay dates.
2. Mandatory Advance Booking Requirement
All booking requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours before your requested check-in time. Any booking submitted within less than 24 hours of arrival will be automatically rejected during our manual review process with no further follow-up contact provided.
3. Mandatory Information For Manual Review
Your booking request will not pass manual review if any of the below required information is missing, blank or inaccurate:
- Full legal name of the main lead guest
- Valid active UK contact telephone number
- Working email address to receive booking confirmation
- Exact requested check-in and check-out dates
- Clear quantity of adults and children under 12 years old staying
Our team reserves the right to refuse incomplete or unreadable booking applications during manual screening.
4. Manual Review Processing Timeline
Our admin team will complete manual checking of your submitted booking form within 24 full working hours after your submission. Two results will be issued via official email:
- Booking Confirmed Email: Sent if the property is available and all information meets our standards, with full offline payment guidance attached.
- Booking Rejected Notice: Sent if the unit is fully occupied, information is incomplete or advance submission rules are violated, with clear rejection reason stated.
No guaranteed same-hour review response can be provided during weekends and UK public holidays.
5. Offline Payment Arrangement After Manual Confirmation
Once your booking request passes manual review and receives official confirmation, all rental fees shall be settled purely through offline channels. No online checkout or web-based card payment options are provided on this website.
- Pay on arrival: Settle full rent by GBP cash or physical debit/credit card swiped at property reception during 15:00 – 22:00 check-in hours.
- Pre-arrival bank transfer: Complete full rent transfer to our corporate UK bank account no less than 3 working days before your check-in date, send transfer reference number to our email for record filing.
6. Guest Capacity & On-Site House Compliance
The maximum number of adults and children you filled in the booking form is strictly binding after manual confirmation. Extra unregistered visitors, overnight guests or group members are not permitted to enter the property without written approval from our team.
Violation of guest quantity limits will result in cancellation of your confirmed booking, with no partial or full refund issued in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Terms page.
7. Fixed Check-In & Check-Out Times
All manually confirmed bookings follow unified fixed time limits, no flexible early check-in or late check-out is guaranteed without prior offline written agreement:
- Official Check-in Window: 15:00 – 22:00 local UK time
- Mandatory Check-out Deadline: Before 10:00 sharp on your departure day
8. Booking Modification Process After Manual Confirmation
If you need to adjust your check-in date, guest quantity or stay length after receiving confirmed booking email, you must send a formal modification request to hello@sadiqco24h.com for secondary manual review.
Modification requests submitted less than 3 full calendar days before original check-in date may not be approved if the property schedule cannot be adjusted.
9. Liability Disclaimer
SADIQ & CO. LETTINGS LTD holds no responsibility for failed manual booking confirmation caused by incorrect guest contact information, unreachable email addresses or unread system emails.
- We do not store, capture or process any guest card payment data through this website, all financial transactions take place offline separately.
- Submitting a booking form on this site means you fully read, understand and accept all Manual Booking Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Booking Cancellation & Offline Refund Terms and Cookie Policy.
- We reserve the right to update these manual booking terms at any time to comply with UK local housing regulations, with the latest version effective immediately upon page publication.
