This offline reservation only provides exclusive use of this studio apartment for your selected stay dates. No online deposit or card charge will be processed on our website. You will obtain full access to all room facilities, private restroom, kitchen space and free on-site parking slot during your check-in period. All booking requests need manual review from our management team.
Booking Rules & Timeline
- Advance booking requirement: All reservations must be submitted at least 1 full calendar day prior to your check-in date. Same-day booking requests will be rejected automatically.
- Check-in Time: 15:00 – 22:00
- Check-out Time: Before 10:00 sharp
- Payment Rule: 100% full balance settled offline only. Two acceptable payment methods: cash in GBP, physical debit or credit card swiped at property reception during check-in; or full UK bank transfer finished 3 working days before arrival. No online payment portal available on this site.

- Our team reviews your request within 24 working hours and sends confirmation email if the room is available
- Complete offline payment via selected method before or on your check-in day
- Attend property check-in at arranged time with your booking confirmation email
- Check out before 10:00 on your departure date and return all room keys
Liability Disclaimer & Allergy Notice
- Food allergy reminder: No complimentary food, snacks or drinks are provided inside the unit. All self-catering ingredients are prepared by guests themselves; our company takes zero responsibility for any food allergy reaction caused by self-brought food.
- Property liability: All personal belongings left inside the room are the sole responsibility of guests. Our lettings team shall not compensate for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
- Cancellation rule: Cancellations notified over 7 days before arrival can get full offline refund; cancellations within 7 days of check-in receive no refund. No-shows without advance notice forfeit full rental balance.
- Restriction: Smoking, pets, loud parties and extra unregistered guests are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Violators will be charged additional cleaning fees and lose booking deposit.
