1. Advance booking rule: All booking applications need submission minimum 1 full calendar day before check-in date, same-day booking submissions will be automatically rejected.
2. Official Check-in Time: 15:00 – 22:00
3. Mandatory Check-out Time: Before 10:00 on departure day
4. Offline Payment Regulation: 100% full rental balance paid offline exclusively. Two valid payment options: GBP cash or physical debit/credit card swiped at property reception upon arrival; full UK bank transfer completed no less than 3 working days prior to your check-in day. No online payment checkout function is available on this site.

• Main bedroom: 1 King Size Bed (150cm width × 200cm length)
• Living room extra: 1 single fold-out sofa bed (90cm width × 190cm length)

Allowed Guest Capacity (Clear Adult & Child Split)

• Maximum Adults permitted: 2 persons
• Maximum Children under 12 years old: 2 persons
• Any unregistered extra guests are strictly prohibited inside the apartment without written consent from our lettings team.

Full Step-by-Step Booking Flow

1. Fill accurate guest information, check-in & check-out dates on this product page and submit offline booking request
2. Our property management team reviews room availability and sends official booking confirmation email within 24 working hours
3. Complete full offline rental payment via selected payment method before or on your check-in date
4. Complete in-person check-in at the property reception with your booking confirmation email document
5. Empty all personal belongings and return all apartment keys before 10:00 on your scheduled departure day

Liability Disclaimer & Food Allergy Warning

1. Allergen & diet reminder: No complimentary food, snacks, dairy, nut-containing products or drinks are provided within the apartment. All cooking and eating supplies are fully self-supplied by guests. Our SADIQ & CO. LETTINGS LTD takes zero legal responsibility for any food allergy, intolerance or dietary reaction suffered by guests from self-brought food items.
2. Personal property liability clause: Guests hold full responsibility for all personal luggage, electronics, toys and valuables left inside the apartment. Our company will not provide any financial compensation for lost, damaged, broken or stolen personal belongings under any circumstance.
3. Booking cancellation terms: Full offline monetary refund will be arranged for cancellation notifications sent 7 full days or longer before arrival date; no refund will be processed for cancellations submitted less than 7 days before check-in. All rental charges will be forfeited entirely for unreported no-show arrivals without advance message.
4. House rule prohibitions: Smoking of any form, domestic pets of all species, loud late-night parties, unregistered overnight visitors and large group gatherings are strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Any confirmed violation will result in mandatory additional deep cleaning service fees and immediate full cancellation of your booking without partial refund.
