Booking Rules & Timeline

1. Advance booking requirement: All booking applications must be submitted at least one full calendar day before your check-in date; same-day booking submissions will be automatically declined.
2. Fixed Check-in Hours: 15:00 – 22:00
3. Compulsory Check-out Deadline: Before 10:00 on your departure day
4. Offline Payment Terms: Total accommodation balance shall be fully settled offline only. Two acceptable payment channels: GBP cash or physical debit/credit card swiped at reception upon arrival; complete UK bank transfer finished minimum 3 working days prior to your check-in day. This website contains zero online payment processing tools.

Complete Booking Operation Process

1. Fill complete guest contact data, check-in and check-out dates on this product page and submit offline booking application
2. Our lettings management staff checks room availability and sends formal booking confirmation email within 24 working hours
3. Finish full offline rental payment via your selected payment channel before or on your check-in day
4. Complete face-to-face check-in at property reception with your booking confirmation email document
5. Remove all personal belongings and return all apartment keys before 10:00 on your scheduled departure date

Liability Disclaimer & Allergen Alert

1. Food allergy & diet notice: No complimentary food, nut snacks, dairy goods or beverages are supplied within the apartment. All cooking and eating ingredients are self-provided by guests. Our company accepts no liability for any allergic reaction, food intolerance or physical discomfort caused by self-brought food products.
2. Personal goods liability clause: Guests bear full custody responsibility for all personal luggage, electronics, children’s toys and valuables inside the apartment. We will not provide any financial compensation for lost, damaged, broken or stolen personal items under all circumstances.
3. Cancellation regulation: Full offline refund will be arranged for cancellation notifications sent 7 full days or more before arrival date; zero refund will be issued for cancellations submitted less than 7 days before check-in. Full rental balance will be forfeited for unreported no-shows without advance message.
4. House rule prohibitions: Smoking of any variety, all pet species, noisy late-night gatherings, unregistered overnight guests and large group parties are strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Verified rule violations will trigger mandatory additional deep cleaning fees and immediate full booking cancellation with no partial refund available.
