You gain full access to private bathroom, complete cooking space, living zone and one free private parking space throughout your stay. All booking requests wait for manual administrator approval.
Booking Rules & Timeline
- Advance booking rule: All reservation forms must be submitted minimum 1 full day before your check-in date. Same-day booking submissions will not be accepted.
- Check-in Window: 15:00 – 22:00
- Mandatory Check-out: Before 10:00 on departure day
- Offline Payment Policy: Full accommodation cost paid offline exclusively. Two available options: GBP cash or physical card swipe at property reception upon arrival; full UK bank transfer finished at least 3 working days prior to your arrival. No online checkout function exists on this site.

- Personal property disclaimer: Guests take full responsibility for all personal items stored inside the apartment. We will not offer compensation for lost, broken or stolen personal belongings.
- Cancellation terms: Full offline refund available for cancellations notified 7+ days before arrival date; no refund provided for cancellations submitted less than 7 days before check-in. Full rental charge is forfeited for unreported no-shows.
- Property restrictions: Smoking, domestic pets, noisy gatherings and unregistered visitors are strictly forbidden. Breach of rules results in extra cleaning fees and immediate booking voidance.
